About

"Do not set aside your happiness. Do not wait to be happy in the future.

The best time to be happy is always now."  Roy T. Bennett

My Commitment to You

Through my own life experiences, I have understood the stressors and adjustments that come with living life. I have experienced moving to a new country, making a career change, becoming a first-time parent to a premature baby, and everything that comes with this heart-wrenching journey. Through the honest reflection of my own experiences, I have experienced authentic growth in my personal life and my relationships as a result. I come in front of you as a facilitator and guide to your personal growth.

I am dedicated to creating space that allows for transformation, whether as an individual or family unit. I use the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for our work together. As a therapist, I take an active role in the process and accompany you along the way. I use humor in my work, I have a candid yet compassionate approach, and I use empathy to provide clarity in your discoveries.
